My work with organizations includes churches, hospitals, group homes, and professional behavioral health organizations. My services include:

1. Developing project plans for organizational change using Mind Maps.

2. Developing curriculum and training plans.

3. Developing and implementing strategic learning models, including Learning Management Systems, e-learning and Performance Management.

I work on-site, traveling throughout the United States and communicate with teams via web conferencing, e-mails, and conference calls. Consulting contracts are designed to meet the needs of my clients.
